- 🌾 150g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- A dash of cinnamon powder
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 50g melted unsalted butter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 140ml sugar
- 🍌 3 mashed bananas
- 🧂 70ml brown sugar
- 🧈 15g cold unsalted butter
步驟
Mash 3 bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, egg, and sugar until well combined.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter using a fork to create a crumbly topping.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and sprinkle the crumb topping over each muffin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
