Main Ingredients
- 🧈 100g melted butter
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 100g rice flour
- 3g baking powder
- 1g vanilla extract or lemon juice
步驟
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl. If you prefer sweeter cakes, you can increase the sugar by 10–30g.
Sift rice flour and baking powder together, then combine with the butter and egg mixture. Mix well using a spatula.
Prepare banana-shaped molds by greasing them with butter and dusting with flour. Shake off excess flour.
Fill the molds halfway with batter, add banana slices, and then fill the rest of the mold with batter. Alternatively, you can use red bean paste or leave it plain.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 18–20 minutes.
