Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, stems removed
Seasoning
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the onion thinly, julienne the carrot, and chop the chives into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Add the beef, onion, carrot, and shimeji mushrooms to the marinade and massage the mixture thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the marinated mixture until the beef changes color.

Add the chives and sesame seeds, then stir-fry briefly to combine.
