Main Ingredients
- 200g pork loin (thinly sliced)
- 5 bell peppers
- 100g bamboo shoots (thinly sliced)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 piece ginger (minced)
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Cut pork into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add meat seasoning ingredients and mix well to marinate.
Slice bell peppers into thin strips and mince garlic and ginger.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry bell peppers and bamboo shoots briefly, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Return the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the sauce and cook for 1 minute. Drizzle sesame oil and mix well.
