Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
