- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the chikuwa lengthwise in half, then slice diagonally into thin pieces.

Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, wasabi, sesame seeds). Add the bean sprouts and chikuwa, then mix well.
