- 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seafood
- 140g crab sticks
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Clean the bean sprouts and boil them in a pot with water. Cover the pot and let it cook. Once bubbles form, turn off the heat after 2 minutes and let it sit for 1 minute. Open the lid, rinse the bean sprouts in cold water, and squeeze out the excess water.
Tear the crab sticks into smaller pieces by hand and finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with the seasoning ingredients (salt, perilla oil, sesame seeds) and toss well.
