- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
- 5 shiso leaves, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Trim the ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Slice the shiso leaves into thin strips.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the bean sprouts briefly, drain, and let cool slightly. Repeat the process with the enoki mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix the ground sesame seeds and ponzu sauce. Add the bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms, toss well, and plate. Garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
