- 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 4 green onions
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a dash of chili oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame

Cut the green onions into 3cm pieces and quarter the cherry tomatoes.

Place the bean sprouts and green onions in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.

Mix the cooked vegetables with the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, ground sesame) and add the cherry tomatoes. Toss gently.
