- 1 pack pea shoots
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 packet (2.5g) bonito flakes

Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.

Place the bean sprouts and pea shoots in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with ponzu sauce, sugar, and bonito flakes. Mix well.
