食材
Main
- 150g mochi, diced into 1.5cm cubes
- 10g dried sakura shrimp
- 250g bean sprouts, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 110g all-purpose flour
- 50g potato starch
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 200ml water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Finishing
- 1 tbsp sesame oil for finishing
步驟
Dice the mochi into 1.5cm cubes. Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them into 3cm pieces. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the egg and mix with the remaining batter ingredients. Add the bean sprouts, sakura shrimp, and diced mochi, then gently mix.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, pour in the batter, and spread it evenly. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 7 minutes.
Flip the pancake once golden brown and cook for another 3–4 minutes. Add finishing sesame oil and cook for an additional 3 minutes over medium heat.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, plate, and serve with the prepared sauce.
