Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 3 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🥕 4cm carrot (30g)
- 1/3 pack bean sprouts (83.3g)
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the carrot and cucumber into thin strips. Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them into 3cm pieces. Cut the vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.
Slice the ham in half and then into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add the vermicelli and carrot, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked vermicelli, carrot, ham, cucumber, and bean sprouts, then toss well.
