Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🌱 1/2 bag (100g) bean sprouts
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (60g), thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and julienne. Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth powder). Add the bean sprouts, zucchini, tuna, and sesame seeds, then mix well.
