- 🐄 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 250g bean sprouts
- 🥕 75g carrot, julienned
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them into thirds. Julienne the carrot and trim the roots of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic, ginger, sesame oil). Add the beef, carrot, and shimeji mushrooms, and mix well to coat with the sauce.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the mixture. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the bean sprouts and white sesame seeds, then stir-fry briefly.
