Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/4 bunch chives
- 2 slices ham
Seasonings
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- a pinch of grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- as needed salad oil
步驟
Cut chives into 4 cm pieces and slice ham thinly.
Place bean sprouts, chives, and ham in a bowl. Add sake, salt and pepper, ginger paste, and sesame oil. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain excess liquid.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour half the egg mixture and cook until set. Flip and cook briefly. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
Wrap half the vegetable mixture in each thin egg sheet. Cut into bite-sized pieces and plate. Mix mayonnaise and ponzu sauce and serve alongside.
