- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced

步驟
Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly in cold water.

Blanch the bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, and carrot briefly in boiling water, then rinse in cold water.
Drain the vegetables thoroughly using a colander.
