Meat
- 6 slices pork loin (120g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetable
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts (100g)
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- Potato starch, as needed
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 150cc water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Sprinkle pork slices lightly with potato starch, place 1/6 of the bean sprouts on the edge, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 6 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until evenly browned.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water, and ginger) to the pan and bring to a boil. Add boiled eggs and simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the rolls and eggs.
Transfer the rolls and eggs to a serving plate, garnish with chopped green onion, and serve.
