- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 30cc concentrated soy sauce

- 💧 100cc water
步驟
Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly mix them, ensuring the yolks and whites are not fully blended.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add minced pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add soy sauce and water, then bring to a boil.
Add bean sprouts, cover with a lid, and cook until the bean sprouts soften. Remove the lid, stir lightly, and pour in the eggs. Cover again and cook on low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
