Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🟢 6 okra pods
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Mix sake and grated ginger in a bowl.
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, layer pork belly on top, pour the mixed seasoning, and place okra on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked.
Remove okra, cool in water, drain, and slice into rings.
In a separate bowl, mix kimchi and the ☆ seasonings. Add the cooked pork belly, bean sprouts, and sliced okra, then toss to combine.
