Vegetables
- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Meat
- 200g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Cut bamboo shoots into thin slices and green onion into diagonal 5mm slices.
Mix beef with salt, pepper, sake, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Combine sake, mirin, sugar, miso, doubanjiang, and garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry beef over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the color changes.
Add bamboo shoots and green onion, stir-frying briefly until coated with oil.
Add the sauce and stir to coat evenly, then drizzle sesame oil before serving.
