Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 10 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sesame Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
