Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟
Separate broccoli into bite-sized florets. Place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Drain excess water.
Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add broccoli and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
