- 🥩 300g stew beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquids
- 200cc red wine
- 💧 100cc water
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Spices
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
步驟
Cut the carrot into bite-sized diagonal pieces. Slice the onion into wedges. Mince the garlic.
Season the beef with salt and massage it. Coat the beef with flour.
Heat butter in a pot and sear the beef until browned. Add the vegetables and sauté until softened.
Add red wine and water, bring to a boil, then add the canned tomatoes, consomme, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Simmer on low heat for 40–50 minutes.
