- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Cut the eggplants into 1cm slices after removing the stem. Slice the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces after removing seeds and pith.

Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.

Add the eggplants and red bell pepper to the pan, stir-fry until softened, then add ponzu sauce and mix quickly.
