- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 🌱 6 okra pods (70g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
步驟
Massage the beef with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Prepare okra by rubbing with salt, washing under running water, removing the stems, and slicing diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add eggplants and okra to the pan, stir-fry briefly, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes until softened. Add soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, then stir-fry to combine.
