- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives
- 100g bean sprouts
- 35g red bell pepper

- 200g shirataki noodles
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.

Add shirataki noodles, bean sprouts, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, and minced garlic in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Add garlic chives and cook for 1 minute until slightly wilted.
