Beef
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 3 green peppers (120g), sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Slice green peppers after removing seeds and pith.

In a bowl, mix beef with 2 tsp sake, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp cornstarch. Massage the mixture into the beef.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then, add green peppers and stir-fry briefly.
