- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
