Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 5 mushrooms, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Fat
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 200cc red wine
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
步驟
Thinly slice the onion, halve the mushrooms, and slice the garlic after removing its core.
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat it evenly with flour.
Heat butter and garlic in a pot over low heat until the butter melts. Add onion and sauté until coated with oil, then cover and steam for 2 minutes. Add beef and mushrooms, and cook over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add all sauce ingredients, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
