- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into half-moon slices and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes, then drain again.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.

Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the sauces (sake, oyster sauce, mayonnaise) and mix well.
