Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 80g carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water

Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.

Peel and thinly slice the carrot lengthwise, then cut into 1cm wide strips.

Peel and thinly slice the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, shimeji mushrooms, and carrot, and stir-fry until the beef is browned.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) and ginger, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
