Meat
- 🐄 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 snow peas
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 5g salted butter
步驟
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Slice the king oyster mushroom into thin pieces after halving its length and width. Mince the garlic.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Add the king oyster mushroom and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasoning mix (sake, mirin, soy sauce, butter) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Add the snow peas and stir-fry briefly.
