- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 50g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
Nuts
- 🌰 30g sweet chestnuts
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning for Beef
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Seasoning for Rice
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut sweet chestnuts into smaller pieces.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and mix well with sake and soy sauce.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice.
Layer maitake mushrooms, sweet chestnuts, and marinated beef on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice setting.
