- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 turnips
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
步驟

Cut the turnips into 6 wedges, leaving about 1cm of stem. Slice the stems into 3cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes, then add turnips and cook until browned.

Add the ☆ ingredients (sake, soy sauce, water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add kimchi and turnip leaves, mix well, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
