Cut the zucchini into thirds lengthwise, then quarter each piece vertically. Mince the garlic.

Heat sesame oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add ground beef and stir-fry until crumbled and browned.

Add zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add sake, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir until well combined.
