Main Ingredients
- 🥩 120g beef brisket
- 🍶 1/2 block tofu
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 🍄 1/3 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 seafood stock pack
步驟
Prepare all ingredients by slicing vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Add 500ml water to a pot and boil with a seafood stock pack to create broth.
Remove the stock pack once the broth is ready and dissolve 2 tbsp soybean paste and 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste into the broth.
Add zucchini and onion to the boiling broth and season with soy sauce.
Add 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to enhance flavor.
Add tofu and beef brisket to the stew and skim off excess fat and foam.
Once the beef is nearly cooked, add enoki mushrooms, green onion, and chili peppers.
Serve the stew hot and enjoy with steamed rice.
