Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Thinly slice the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef and sugar, and stir-fry.

Once the beef changes color, add the onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning mixture and stir until well combined.
