Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 thinly sliced onion
- 🍄 5 halved mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove sliced garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce Ingredients
- 150cc red wine
- 🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 150cc water
步驟
Thinly slice the onion, halve the mushrooms, and slice the garlic, removing the core.
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat butter and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add onion and mushrooms. Sauté over medium-low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the beef and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
