Main Ingredients
- 🍖 300g ground beef
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pack inari wraps
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Beef Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/4 stalk chopped leek
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Squeeze excess liquid from the inari wraps.
Pat the ground beef dry with a paper towel to remove excess blood.
Finely chop the leek and slice the green onion thinly.
Mix the beef seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the ground beef with the seasoning mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the seasoned beef until cooked through.
Mix the cooked rice with sushi vinegar, seasoning flakes, and 4 tbsp of the cooked beef.
Fill each inari wrap with rice, leaving space for toppings.
Top each inari wrap with a generous amount of cooked beef.
Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
