Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef
- 🧅 1/2 onion, grated
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Special Onion Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Grate the onion into a bowl and mix with all the special onion sauce ingredients.
Season the beef with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Roll tightly from one end and cut into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the beef rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Roll them to evenly brown all sides.
Add the special onion sauce to the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes while coating the beef rolls.
