- 🥩 150g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts

- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Condiments
- 60g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 50cc water
Garnish
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
步驟
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, water) in a bowl.
Layer half of the bean sprouts in a frying pan, then add half of the ground beef in four spoonfuls. Repeat the layering process, then add torn tofu pieces and place kimchi on top.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the layers, cover with a lid, and cook on high heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 8 minutes.
Serve in a dish and garnish with ground sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
