Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- To taste black pepper

Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Mince the onion and garlic. Dice the red bell pepper and green pepper into 1cm cubes.
Cut the sliced beef into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan, then sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.
Add the beef and cook until the color changes, then add the red bell pepper and green pepper and stir-fry briefly.
Add the cooked white rice and mix until the oil coats the rice evenly. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper, and combine thoroughly.
