Meat
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1 handful chives
- 200g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A small amount of flour
Sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 💧 100ml water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 handful chopped green onion
步驟
Prepare vegetables by slicing them into finger-length pieces.
Season vegetables with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Lay beef slices flat and place seasoned vegetables on top.
Apply a small amount of flour to the ends of the beef slices and roll tightly.
Spread bean sprouts evenly on the bottom of a steamer.
Arrange beef rolls tightly on top of the bean sprouts in the steamer.
Steam for 4–5 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
Blend peanut sauce ingredients (peanut butter, water, sugar, fish sauce, sesame seeds, vinegar, garlic) until smooth.
Add chopped green onion to the sauce or omit if unavailable.
Serve steamed beef rolls with peanut sauce.
