- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

步驟
Season sliced beef lightly with salt and pepper. Roll 2–3 slices together tightly and press to secure. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
Heat a frying pan and add olive oil. Place the beef rolls seam-side down and sear on high heat until browned on all sides.
Add diced tomato and minced garlic to the pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium heat until the tomato becomes soft and saucy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
