Rice
- 🍚 2 cups warm cooked rice
Beef
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 handfuls baby leaf greens
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- White sesame seeds for garnish
Sushi Vinegar
- 40cc vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Sweet Vinegar Sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Thinly slice the onion against the grain. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the sushi vinegar ingredients (vinegar, sugar, salt) in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the sweet vinegar sauce ingredients (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce).
Combine warm cooked rice, sushi vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Mix gently using a cutting motion to prepare the sushi rice.
Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until done. Add the beef and onion to the sweet vinegar sauce and let them marinate.
Assemble the dish by layering sushi rice, baby leaf greens, marinated beef and onion, and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
