- 1 pack baby leaf
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dressing
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 🍞 4 slices baguette
步驟
Season the beef with salt and pepper and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and mix them with baby leaf in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-high heat, sear the beef for 1 minute on each side, then wrap it in aluminum foil. Once cooled, slice into bite-sized pieces.
In a small pot, combine balsamic vinegar, mirin, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat until thickened to create the balsamic sauce.
Arrange the beef and salad on a plate, drizzle with balsamic sauce, and serve with baguette slices.
