Meat
- 🥩 200g beef tenderloin steak
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Cut the beef into 2cm cubes. Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl, add the beef, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the onion into 2cm cubes. Remove the stems and seeds from the green and red peppers, then cut them into 2cm cubes.
Thread the marinated beef, onion, green pepper, and red pepper alternately onto bamboo skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam-cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.
