Meat
- 🥩 200g sirloin steak
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 pack baby leaf greens
- 🍋 1/4 lemon, cut into wedges
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Slice the garlic thinly and cut the lemon into wedges.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan. Add the beef and cook over medium heat until browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Remove the beef from the pan.
Add the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, butter) to the pan and simmer over medium heat while stirring until thickened. Plate the beef with baby leaf greens and lemon wedges, then pour the balsamic sauce over the beef.
