Beef
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🍄 5 mushrooms, sliced
Sauce Base
- 🧈 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
- 300ml hot water with 1 tsp consomme
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🥛 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
步驟
Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Mix hot water and consomme in a heatproof container to create the broth.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add garlic, beef, and onion, and sauté over medium heat.
Add flour and cook until no raw flour remains. Then add mushrooms and broth, bringing to a boil.
Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add heavy cream and vinegar, mix well, and simmer for another 3 minutes before serving.
