Beef
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1/4 onion, grated
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Place sliced beef and shio koji into a storage bag, massage gently, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Tear green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Grate the onion into a microwave-safe bowl, add the remaining onion sauce ingredients, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry until cooked through.
Arrange the green leaf lettuce on a plate, place the cooked beef on top, and drizzle with the onion sauce.
